Fine views and good breakfasts!
I recently spent two nights in a lovely double room with sea view, waking up to amazing sights of Clew Bay and Croagh Patrick each day. The cozy atmosphere was upgraded with a spacious common room where I could unwind, and Sarah's breakfasts were a highlight, offering generous portions and delicious options like pancakes and homemade granola. While it would be great to have a few more dining options nearby, the local atmosphere and natural beauty were great.

Fine view of Clew Bay from the room, delicious breakfast with homemade granola and pancakes.
Walls thin enough to hear guests next door, bathroom door in need of repair as it got stuck.

The thin walls between rooms. Limited entertainment options on-site left me wondering what to do after dark!!!

Couples seeking a hidden gem
The breakfast was freshly cooked and I swear that homemade granola was like a gold mine for my taste buds.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but honestly worth every penny.

The room was impeccably clean and featured good homemade cookies and coffee upon arrival. Breakfast was a highlight, with locally-sourced ingredients and options like pancakes, topped off by the attentive service from the host. Some noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, which could disrupt the tranquil vibe. Limited dining options in the area were a slight drawback, but the culinary offerings at breakfast more than made up for it.
